What is a migraine?​

A migraine is a type of headache. The pain is often on one side of the head but can be on the neck, face, or all over. 

The symptoms can range from light sensitivity and some pain to visual disturbances, vomiting, and severe pain. â€‹

Typical western medicine treatment for migraines or headaches involves medication(s) and avoiding triggers.

Based on your symptoms we will develop a treatment plan using a combination of therapies such as Fascial Counterstrain, therapeutic massage, cervical mobilization,  acupressure, lymphatic drainage, and triggerpoint therapy.
